Dialysis and kidney transplant procedures are offered to children with end-stage renal failure. Pediatric nephrology division provides the patients with necessary opportunities through a multidisciplinary team work in cooperation with other departments such as pediatric urology, transplantation surgery, pathology, and radiology.
Outpatient and inpatient follow-ups, hemodialysis, outpatient peritoneal dialysis and kidney transplant services are rendered by healthcare professionals at our facility.
The patients followed up at Pediatric Nephrology Division have hemodialysis therapy at hemodialysis unit with cutting-edge equipment and advanced technology devices and peritoneal dialysis patients are educated on outpatient peritoneal dialysis and followed up under supervision of our specialist staff. Moreover, kidney transplant is performed as soon as possible for these patients.
A major part of kidney failure cases can be prevented through early diagnosis and treatment in childhood.
